Board Meetings
The board of directors holds several meetings each year, as specified in the bylaws. Owners are invited to these meetings, which are generally held via a ZOOM webinar or in a Hybrid mode that includes the webinar and a physical location. An opportunity for owners to ask questions is provided at each meeting. Minutes from each meeting are compiled and approved, and made available to owners to inspect while at the resort and online. Copies can be requested from the resort office or printed from the links below.
At the board meeting of October 22,2023, meetings were scheduled for the rest of 2023 and for 2024 as listed below. Times will be confirmed closer to the meeting dates. Additional meetings may be scheduled with appropriate notice as needed due to current resort circumstances. All times noted are US Eastern Time Zone.

Note that for certain circumstances the bylaws direct the board to meet in confidential Executive Session, where no one but elected board members, the association’s legal counsel and property management officials can be present. No minutes are either kept or published for these meetings.
