To participate in the May 18th, 2025, Board meeting, you must either register via the ZOOM link above and attend via ZOOM or you may also participate in person in the main meeting room of the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Bonita Springs. We will start promptly at 9:00 am and if you attend in person, there will be morning beverages, and an afternoon snack provided. Lunch will be on your own.
For those attending via ZOOM, there will be live Q&A as well as time prior to the Executive session to ask questions of the Board via the Q&A function of the ZOOM application.
For all owners, a recording of the meeting and a detailed spreadsheet with the Q&A transcript will be posted within 10 days of the meeting.

The board of directors holds several meetings each year, as specified in the bylaws. Owners are invited to these meetings, which are generally held via a ZOOM webinar or in a Hybrid mode that includes the webinar and a physical location. An opportunity for owners to ask questions is provided at each meeting. Minutes from each meeting are compiled and approved, and made available to owners to inspect while at the resort and online. Copies can be requested from the resort office or printed from the links below.
At the board meeting of November 11, 2024, meetings were scheduled for 2025 as listed below. Times will be confirmed closer to the meeting dates. Additional meetings may be scheduled with appropriate notice as needed due to current resort circumstances. All times noted are US Eastern Time Zone.
