“NOTE:  Our resort sustained damage from Hurricane Ian, and is currently closed while needed repairs are being made.  While we cannot provide firm schedules, we have reason to hope that most if not all of our units will be ready for occupancy sometime before the end of 2023.

CBC suffered much less damage than many other properties on Fort Myers Beach.  While a small number of our units were very seriously damaged, most were nearly unscathed.  Even though many repairs are needed, work is well underway.  Owners, interval traders, and renters should know that CBC will definitely be returned to its status as one of the most delightful resorts on Estero Island.”
