4/6/09: Internet Access Complete

With the completion of wiring in unit 113, free internet access is now available in all units and the rec room.  Units in the new wing facing the gulf require wired connections (wireless signals don't travel well through concrete), but all other units are able to receive a wireless signal.  The front desk has an instruction sheet, and can loan you a cable to connect to the jack in gulf-facing rooms.

A CBC Yahoo group has been created for the use of all CBC Unit owners.  This electronic discussion group was created in response to your interests in having a forum where you could have the ability to communicate with each other about anything and everything CBC related.  To use the group you must become a Yahoo group member. The group does not have any official affiliation or relationship with CBC. Our CBC website, http://caribbeanbeachclub.net, is the official CBC website and will include official announcements, meeting agendas/minutes and any other official announcements.

Older Announcements:

We can no longer take a note or e-mail that you want to put your unit up for rent.  It appears that the IRS has taken an interest in our rentals.  Therefore any time you want to put a week up for rent thru VRI you will need to fill out a new rental agreement and a new W-9 for the IRS.  We will be glad to send you the forms if you call the office.  If you have any questions about this, please call Ed O'Connor our General Manager.
